What is the scope of the mailings?
Our mailings include newsletters, product news, news on service, corporate news, information on tools available, tips & tricks etc. and general marketing of our products and services that we think may be of your interest and benefit.
How often are the mailings sent?
We want to inform our subscribers – not spam. For that reason our mailings are limited to maximum one each month.
Withdraw consent and/or opt-out options

You can at any time opt-out our mailing list, by contacting us on [email protected] or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located in the bottom of every mailing we send.
Use and processing of your personal data
When you subscribe to our mailing list, you submit your e-mail address. We use this information to be able to send you mailings. Information about your use of our mailings – such as if mailings are opened, what call-to-actions are clicked are collected by the software we use for mailings. This information is used in relation to improve our mail content by adapting the content based on the interests and needs of our subscribers.
Flextrack is using the mailing list to get in continuous contact with our interested parties. This enables Flextrack to promote news from the production, products, tools and services, from which parties may be of interest. It promotes the company in a context of which the subscribers are interested in this information without considering the information as spam.
How long do we store your personal data?
Your personal data are stored until you opt-out the mailing list. When opting-out your data is deleted at Flextrack and our data processor.
Disclosure
The platform for mailings Flextrack makes use of is the software ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign, therefore, is considered as data processor. Read more about disclosure under the next point.

For mailings, we use ActiveCampaign, which is located in the United States.
Your rights
You have the right to gain insight into the personal data we process about you. According to GDPR, you have the right to:
- Have incorrect data deleted
- Have data deleted at us and with our data processor – if Flextrack has exchanged data with a data processor. You can practice this right by opting out our mailing list and if you do so, we will make sure your personal data is deleted by our data provider.
- Have the right to limit our processing of your personal data and you may object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing/mailings by contacting Flextrack.
